What are the important components of the switchgear?

Switchgear is a kind of electrical equipment. Switchgear exterior line will first go into the main control switch, and then enter into the sub-control switch. Each branch is set according to its needs, such as instrument, automatic control, motor magnetic switch, various AC contactor, etc. Some also are equipped with high pressure chamber and low pressure chamber switchgear with high pressure bus, such as power plants, etc. Some are also equipped with low cycle load reduction to protect the main equipment. Electrical switchgear switch cabinet can be divided into power distribution cabinet, lighting distribution cabinet according to different uses. The components in the distribution cabinet can coordinate with each other. In normal operation, the circuit can be connected or broken by manual or automatic switch. When there is a problem, the display system alarm can automatically cut off the power supply to protect the safety of electricity information equipment. The box of the switchgear:

The commonly used distribution box is floor type and wall type. The cabinet can be divided into ordinary steel plate and stainless steel plate according to the different costs.

1. Cold rolled plate SPCC, mainly used for electroplating and coating, low cost, easy to form. Material thickness ≤3.2mm. At present, it is the most widely used.

2. Hot rolled plate SHCC, material T≥3.0mm, also with electroplating, baking paint parts. Low cost, but difficult to shape. A flat piece is mainly used.

3. Stainless steel: The surface is directly formed by stamping and welding technology, and the stainless steel cabinet has corrosion resistance, good brightness but high cost.

General assembly related to distribution:

Circuit breaker work is a total switch, and is the total power supply system entrance of the electrical switchgear. The commonly used has air switch, leakage switch, dual power supply automatic control switch.

1. Air switch. At present, the current limiting principle of using certain contact structure to limit the peak value of short circuit current in the process of breaking has obvious effect on improving the breaking ability of circuit breakers, and has been widely used.

2. Leakage protection switch. It has leakage protection function. It will trip when people touch charged part to ensure personal safety. This is the main function of leakage protection device; If the insulation of electrical equipment is not good, it will leak electricity to the housing, then leakage protector will trip to avoid being electrocuted by human touch. At the same time, it is equipped with the current break function, overload protection and short circuit protection.

Auxiliary parts of electrical switchgear:

1. Cables (including copper) depends on the requirements of the power supply. A cabinet line and secondary line, the straight line mainly bear large diameter power supply, the secondary line is mainly light and feedback control loop, usually with low voltage and small diameter.

2. Wiring terminal: mainly plays an important role in connecting the cable lines.

3. Line slot: the first and second lines in the cabinet make the cabinet line beautiful and easy to maintain.

4. Instrument and indicator light: including working voltage and current data display, switch, fault and signal light display, etc.
