1. The data and information measured in the experiment are generally carried out in the laboratory with a short delay time, generally no more than 8h. It does not have the effect of heating accumulation, and it cannot be equivalent to machines and equipment that operate for a long time and keep heating continuously.
2. The expansion utility of different metal materials is different. The thermal expansion coefficient of metal material of steel anchor bolt is much smaller than that of copper and aluminum bus groove.
3. The working pressure of anchor bolt tightening at the connecting position in generator switchgear is unreasonable. Some installation or maintenance staff think that the tighter the connection anchor bolt is, the better, but it is not. In particular, the aluminum bus groove, the elastic coefficient is small. When the working pressure of the nut reaches a certain critical pressure value, if the compressive strength of the raw material is poor, the unreasonable working pressure will be raised again, which may lead to a part of the surface deformation protrude, but reduce the total area of the contact, expand the resistance of the loop, and then harm the actual effect of the electric conductor's contact.
4. The conductivity of the electric conductor raw materials used does not meet the requirements, which is mostly attributed to the insufficient purity of the electric conductor raw materials.
5. Other elements, such as unreasonable installation, maintenance and processing technology of electrical paralleling switchgear system. For example, during the whole process of production, connection and installation, the contact surface of the busbar is not handled in a timely way, uneven and concave surface, and no special type of power engineering grease is applied, which causes the reasonable contact area to decrease and the circuit resistance to expand and get hot.
