GCS-0.4 type low voltage draw-off switchgear is used in power generation and power supply system with three-phase AC 50HZ, rated voltage of 400V(660 V), rated current of 4000A and below. It can be used for centralized control of power distribution, motor and other electrical facilities, reactor current limiting, low voltage distribution unit used for reactive power compensation. It is suitable for power plant, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, textile, high-rise building power supply and other industries, large power plant, petrochemical industry and other places with high degree of automation. The switchgear has an interface with the computer for centralized control.
The GCS low-voltage drawer-type switchgear meets the requirements of GB/T7251, IEC60439 and other standards, and has passed the "3C" certification.
Structural features of GCS low-voltage drawer-type switchgear
The main frame is made of 8MF open section steel, and there are installation holes of 20mm and 100mm, Φ 9.2mm on both sides of the section steel.
The main frame is divided into two types: the fully combined structure and the partially welded structure.
Each function room of the device is strictly separated. Each function room is mainly divided into unit type, bus type and cable type. The function of each unit is relatively independent.
The horizontal busbar is arranged in a flat way to increase the ability of the busbar to resist short-circuit current electric force;
The cable adopts up and down, in and out line mode; It adopts three-phase five-wire system or three-phase four-wire system;
A drawer is a unit. The drawer size is divided into one unit, two units, three units, half unit, quarter unit, and five size series. Each unit circuit rated current is in 630A and below. The change of drawer dimension is the change of height only, its width, depth cannot change. The unit of same function can interchange;
Each side can hold up to 11 units of drawers or 22 1/2 units or 44 1/4 units of drawers; The drawer unit has a clear sign of separating and closing test and drawing out position; Drawer units feature mechanical interlocking.
Main circuit scheme, auxiliary circuit scheme and the selection of electrical components:
The main circuit scheme is 33 groups and 118 specifications, the working current is 4000A, suitable for selection of 2500KVA distribution transformers and below.
In order to improve the power factor, the capacitor compensation cabinet is specially designed. There are three schemes.
Auxiliary circuit scheme is compiled according to the relevant design regulations and user requirements, a total of 120 auxiliary circuit scheme.
DC control power supply is 220 V, 110 V. AC control power supply is 220 V, 380 V.
The circuit breaker mainly uses ME, CW1, DW45, AH, CM1, RMM1, HSM1 and other series.
Conditions for the use of GCS low-voltage drawer-type switchgear:
The altitude above sea level shall not exceed 2000m (if above sea level, special instructions shall be given);
The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃, not less than -5℃, and the 24-hour average temperature shall not be higher than +35℃.
Relative humidity: when the ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, the relative humidity of the ambient air is not more than 50%, and then when the temperature is lower, higher relative humidity is allowed.
The equipment should be installed in the place without violent vibration, impact chemical corrosion.
The inclination between the equipment and the vertical plane shall not exceed 5°. The earthquake intensity did not exceed 8 degrees.
