It is best to install the electrical customized power switchgear after the civil construction work has been finished and the interior decoration work has been completed.

When installing, first of all, the emplacement order of the power switchgear should be determined according to the drawings and site conditions. In general, it is on the premise of not interfering with the emplacement of other switchgears, and it should be carried out in accordance with the principle of first inside and then outside. Then, in turn, place the power switchgear in its respective installation locations.

After the electrical switchgear is in place, it is necessary to adjust the switchgears in order to make the cabinet face consistent, orderly and evenly spaced. The method of adjustment can generally be carried out by adding a pad under it. But the number of pad iron used in the same place should not exceed 3 pieces. When adjusting, each electrical switchgear should be adjusted to the approximate level position first, and then make fine adjustment. When there are fewer electrical switchgears, the first lv panel or high switchgear can be adjusted accurately, and then the other cabinets can be adjusted one by one according to the standard of the first cabinet. When adjusting multiple power switchgears, you can first adjust the switchgear in the middle, and then adjust the other cabinets to the two sides respectively. For the two rows of relatively arranged switchgears, there is often bus bridge. It should be noted that the positions of the two rows switchgears correspond to each other.

After the adjustment of the electrical switchgear, it can be fixed. There are usually two kinds of fixing methods: one is fixed by bolts, the other is fixed by welding.

In order to maintain the appearance of the power switchgear, the welding seam should be placed on the inside of the switchgear. In addition, you have to notice that main control cabinet, relay protection cabinet and automatic device cabinet should not be welded to the base steel.

The power switchgear installed in vibration places shall also take anti-spreading measures. Usually, flexible cushions of about 10mm are added under the power switchgear. After the installation of customized power switchgear, the side screens at each end should be fitted. Close the end face. If the power switchgear manufacturer does not supply side screen, It can be made of 2mm thick iron. When making, it is best to bend with a folding machine. The quality is better. In addition, the produced side screen should also be sprayed with paint of the same color as the electrical switchgear.

After the installation and fixing of the electrical switchgear, the maintenance of the instrument and the debugging of the equipment in the switchgear and the wiring of the secondary circuit can be carried out. The whole installation and debugging work should meet the requirements of GB5D71-92 specification.
