The precautions for the high and low voltage switchgear in the process of installation:
(1) The hv switchgear cabinet body shall not be collided, so as to avoid deformation, or the thin panel surface coating is collided, which affects the appearance.
(2) The installation base of the switchgear standing side by side: channel steel should be in a horizontal position (allowing 1mm error per meter)
(3) The height of the foundation of the handcart cabinet should consider the convenience of handcart entry and exit, and no steps should be formed on the floor.
(4) In the process of transportation and installation, the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber should be effectively protected. In particular, when the main bus on the top of the high and low voltage switchgear like air insulated switchgear is installed, the top of the vacuum switch must be covered with a hard plate to prevent the tools and screws from falling and hurting the arc extinguishing chamber.
(5) It must be done when self-matching main bus:
A. The bus connected to electrical components, the connection should be reliable, so as not to affect the flow capacity.
B. When the current is large, the joint must be tin coated.
C. The conductive contact surface between bare copper and bare copper must be coated with protective agent (conductive paste, Vaseline, etc.) to prevent oxidation and moisture.
(6) The secondary lead cables of the hv switchgear or low voltage switchgear cabinet shall be laid according to the specified path, and shall not hinder the movement of the moving parts, or be trampled during maintenance and testing in the future.
(7) The grounding main bus of the switchgear cabinet should be reliably connected with the embedded grounding grid of the installation foundation to ensure the continuous reliability of grounding. After completion of the switchgear cabinet installation, the handover test shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Electric Power.
The method and steps of installing high and low voltage switchgear are as follows:
(1) The first is the inspection: for the unpacked switch cabinet like pad mounted switchgear, carefully check the quantity and specification according to the design drawing, check whether it meets the requirements. Check whether the shell of the high voltage switchgear is damaged or corroded, and check whether the accessories and spare parts are complete.
(2)After the switchgear is installed on the channel steel, the high voltage switchgear cabinet shall be roughly adjusted to the level with the thin cushion iron, and then one of them is taken as the benchmark to adjust the rest, so that the disc surface of all the high voltage switchgear cabinet is consistent and the gap is uniform;
(3) Connecting busbar groove: the main busbar and instrument on the switchgear are provided by the switchgear factory, and can also be made on the construction site according to the design drawings. The connection of the main bus, the connection of the main bus and the down bus, the connection of the bus and the instrument are bolted. The connecting surface of the bus should be coated with electric composite grease. The tightening degree of the bolts and the connection condition of the connecting surface are controlled by the torque wrench by tightening the bolts according to the specified torque value.
(4) The installation of the handcart type high voltage switchgear is basically the same as the installation method of the fixed high voltage switchgear. The difference is to ensure the interchangeability of the handcart. Each moving contact of the handcart type must be adjusted in the same way, and the center of the moving and static contacts must be adjusted in the same way and contact closely to ensure interchangeability. Check the plug and auxiliary contacts of the secondary circuit of the high voltage distribution cabinet for reliable welding.
